The pursuit of quality has always been a fixation of Prealpi

Since its inception, the company has always wanted its four-leaf clover to be an unmistakable symbol of this. But the concept of quality over the years has gradually expanded, and Prealpi wanted to expand it accordingly internally.

Needs sometimes even unexpressed, in full compliance with laws, standards and regulations in force: to achieve this goal, all Company Functions as well as Suppliers must be involved, so that everyone makes their own contribution to the constant improvement of Quality. It is with this path that we achieved in 1999 the certification of the Quality System in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9002, and then moved on to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.

The Quality objective should therefore be pursued through:

  • Full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, within which all Clients’ needs are to be met as fully as possible;
  • The priority pursuit of product hygiene and healthiness through process control;
  • The prevention of risks and problems rather than their elimination after the fact;
  • Process efficiency;
  • The ability to demonstrate the achievement and maintenance of set quality standards.

Quality also means continuous improvements in product safety.

It is by constantly working in this direction that in March 2016 Prealpi obtained the international certifications FSSC 22000 and UNI EN ISO 22000:2018 and in July 2020 the IFS certification, which together attest and guarantee the proper performance of all processes of control of production activity and the complete guarantee of product safety.
This is a further effort for a ‘company that has always been committed to the pursuit of the highest quality and guarantee to its consumers.
